John G. Wilbanks
John is a passionate photographer. He is determined to make each image perfect, and continues to master new techniques, technologies and possibilities to create images that capture the viewers attention. Whether it's images for his clients, fine art nature photography or images for stock sales, he is always working to create a better image.
As a published photographer and author, Johns writing and photography have been seen in "Outdoor Photographer", "Nature Photographer", "Realtor" magazine and "Photographers' Forum". His credits include "Capio Forma", a photography column in "Publishing Photographer" and an instructional booklet on real estate photography published by White Palm Publishing. As a residential photographer, his photos have graced the cover of "Distinctive Homes", "Premier Living", "Luxury Homes" and "Exceptional Properties" and regularly appear in the most exclusive residential magazines in the area.
His commercial clients range from AT&T and GVA Kidder Mathews to Sound Transit, Teufel Commercial Landscape and Washington Restaurant Group.
As one of the most widely published residential photographers in the Northwestern U.S., John is the exclusive photographer to some of the most distinguished Realtors in the Pacific Northwest, regularly photographing multi-million dollar homes. Windermere, Coldwell Banker Real Estate and John L. Scott have enough faith in John's work to place him on their coveted "Preferred Photographer" list.
John is widely traveled taking a number of photography trips each year to expand his stock library and challenge himself with new situations.
His travel journals are featured on The Travel Channel's website and his images are represented internationally by Alamy based in New York and London, and A.G.E. Fotostock based in Barcelona, Spain.
Michael Mussman, Associate Photographer
Michael has over 17 years of photographic experience. He first met John working as colleagues at a national portrait franchise in Bellingham, WA. Thereafter, Michael studied portrait photography under Master Photographers Russ Clift and Bruce Hudson. Following his apprenticeship with Russ Clift, Michael opened his own successful portrait and wedding studio.In 2005, Michael and John once again began working together. He studied under John where he completed his apprenticeship in Architectural and Residential photography. Michael has grown into a talented Residential photographer with an instinctive knowledge of the photographic quality, style and standards of John G. Wilbanks Photography, Inc and its' clients.
Michael continues to pursue his portraiture. Adding Michael as an associate enables the company to offer more comprehensive photographic services to their clients.
